We are seeking an Advocacy Manager who will be tasked with spearheading our advocacy efforts as an organisation. As such, you will be our point of reference for all matters of advocacy development, report development, and advocacy best practices. You will guide the strategic direction of advocacy across programmes, support project teams in developing impactful reports and engaging with local advocacy actors, and directly foster stakeholder relationships with key regional and international advocacy partners and networks.

Contract Type: Self-employed Contractor
Contract Fee: €800 per month
Contract Duration: 12+ months
Working Hours: Equivalent to full-time

  • Programmes Manager (Serbia)


We are seeking a Programmes Manager who will be tasked with overseeing the implementation, management, and strategic continuity of Collective Aid’s field programme in Serbia - ensuring safe, efficient, and high-impact operations that uphold Collective Aid’s mission of dignified aid delivery and human rights advocacy. This includes managing operations, risk, services, team performance, partnerships, and external communications. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with a range of other departments, organisations and contractors.

  • Field Coordinator (Serbia)


We are seeking a Field Coordinator who will implement and coordinate day to day operations, including the volunteer teams distributing services while also facilitating accurate and informed communication and advocacy output. Collective Aid operates a mobile humanitarian and monitoring project across Serbia with a distinct focus on advocacy. Currently based in Belgrade, the project carries out daily monitoring work from a combination of field and desk based research, as well as providing humanitarian assistance through the mobile distribution of NFI, WASH services and other basic amenities when and where feasible and necessary.
