Philanthropic and Corporate Giving Trustee

We are looking for an experienced philanthropic and corporate giving professional to join the Board of Trustees of the Collective Aid Charitable Foundation. The successful trustee will advise the Board and the organisation on philanthropic and corporate giving, fundraising strategy, donor development and financial sustainability, while contributing to wider organisational governance, risk oversight and strategic decision-making. We are particularly seeking someone with substantial experience in philanthropy, corporate giving or strategic fundraising, strong professional networks, and a commitment to Collective Aid’s mission and values. This is a voluntary trustee position, in accordance with UK charity law and the requirements of the Charity Commission for England and Wales.

> Compensation: Voluntary trustee position (reasonable expenses reimbursed in accordance with UK charity law)

> Commitment: Approximately 5 hours per month

> Location: Remote

Strategic Communications Trustee

We are looking for an experienced strategic communications professional to join the Board of Trustees of the Collective Aid Charitable Foundation. The successful trustee will advise the Board and the organisation on communications strategy, campaigning, storytelling, audience engagement, digital communications and communications risk, while contributing to wider organisational governance, strategic decision-making and oversight. We are particularly seeking someone with substantial experience in strategic communications, digital campaigns, communications analytics or crisis communications, ideally within an international NGO, grassroots or other mission-driven organisation, alongside a strong commitment to Collective Aid’s mission, values and humanitarian principles. This is a voluntary trustee position, in accordance with UK charity law and the requirements of the Charity Commission for England and Wales.

Advocacy, Research and Investigations Trustee

We are looking for an experienced advocacy, research and investigations professional to join the Board of Trustees of the Collective Aid Charitable Foundation. The successful trustee will advise the Board and CEO on advocacy strategy, human rights, systems change, investigative research, evidence generation and potential research partnerships, while contributing to wider organisational governance, strategic decision-making and oversight. We are particularly seeking someone with substantial experience in advocacy, human rights research, investigative research or OSINT, ideally within an international NGO, grassroots organisation, academic institution or other civil society organisation, alongside strong professional networks and a commitment to Collective Aid’s mission, values and humanitarian principles. This is a voluntary trustee position, in accordance with UK charity law and the requirements of the Charity Commission for England and Wales.
