Donations and Logistics Manager
We are looking for a proactive and organised NFI Donations & Logistics Manager to help ensure our projects have the essential items they need to support the communities we serve. The role combines donor engagement, coordination of aid shipments and customs processes, and collaboration with field teams to plan stock and maintain an efficient and dignified distribution service. This role is responsible for ensuring our projects have consistent access to the non-food items (NFIs) needed to provide regular and dignified support to the communities we serve. We are looking for an organised, proactive individual who can build relationships with donors, coordinate aid shipments and customs processes, and work closely with field teams to support effective stock planning and resource management.
Contract Type: Full-time Independent Contractor
Contract Duration: 12 months (possibility to renew), approximately 40hrs per week
Compensation: 800.00 EUR per month
Reporting to: Head of Organisation
Base: Remote
Requirements: Manual driver’s licence.

Serbia Field Coordinator

We are seeking a Field Coordinator to implement and coordinate day to day operations, including the volunteer teams distributing services while supporting programme development, logistics, volunteer management, field advocacy, and field partnerships. We are looking for a hands-on, adaptable, and organised humanitarian professional with field experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing both strategic priorities and day-to-day operations.
