Internship Applications
As an intern, you will work directly on an active project, working to ensure direct material services, investigative research and civil society support for people on the move. This includes sorting and quality-checking incoming items, organising warehouse stock so it is distribution-ready, and supporting clothing distributions in the field. The work is practical, physical, and essential, and it only functions when it is done well. We ask for a minimum commitment of four weeks. It allows us to train you properly, integrate you into a functioning team, and ensure continuity for the people we support.
If you choose to stay in Collective Aid accommodation, we ask for a €6.60 per night contribution to help cover rent and basic running costs. If this would be a barrier to you volunteering, you should still apply. We discuss reductions or waivers on a case-by-case basis, and no one is excluded purely for financial reasons.
As you settle in, and become part of the long-term team, you may take on additional responsibility and will be given opportunities to lead different initiatives.
