Advocacy Department

Advocacy volunteers support Collective Aid’s work by building the evidence, analysis, and narrative grounding that underpin our campaigning and public positions. From research and investigations to media, policy, and data analysis, this department ensures that our advocacy is accurate, credible, and rooted in lived realities. These are remote roles, but volunteers work closely with the Advocacy Manager, programmes, and communications teams, contributing directly to briefings, reports, and campaigns that shape how human rights abuses are documented and challenged.

Advocacy volunteers are expected to commit approximately 10 hours per week. A consistent weekly contribution is essential. This allows volunteers to integrate properly into workflows, take ownership of tasks, and contribute meaningfully to longer-term objectives.

All roles are fully remote but field volunteers are encouraged to apply.
